Hi, I’m Andréa. I’m a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. I love supporting others on their journey of personal growth, meaning making, and overcoming what holds them back from living a life that feels satisfying.

I feel drawn to help others because of my own experiences of struggles. I know the value of having someone in your corner who is supportive, kind, and non-judgemental and who will allow space for you to explore things you may not feel comfortable talking about elsewhere. I also know how it feels to wonder if things will ever change. I’m here to offer hope that things can change, and to help you realize that truth for yourself.
